Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
All payments are non-refundable. Clients who cancel appointments may have the option to reschedule based on availability.
Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations, no-shows, mobile dispatch fees, mileage, after-hours services, and completed testing services are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Once a DNA or drug test specimen has been collected, the service is considered complete and cannot be canceled or refunded.

Standard DNA test results are typically available within 2–5 business days after the laboratory receives the samples. Expedited options may also be available.

Yes. GeneGo Mobile offers legal DNA testing with proper chain-of-custody procedures required for court cases, child support matters, immigration cases, and other legal situations.
