Cancellation & Refund Policy
At GeneGo Drug & DNA Testing, we value your time and strive to provide professional, reliable mobile testing services. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below.
Appointment Cancellations
Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with proper notice may qualify for a rescheduled appointment without additional fees.
Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows
Same-day cancellations, missed appointments, or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee due to travel time, scheduling, and mobile service preparation

Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued depending on the stage of the testing process.
- Payments for completed collections or laboratory processing are non-refundable.
- Deposits and mobile travel fees may be non-refundable once services are scheduled.
- Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method.
Rescheduling
We understand emergencies happen. We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability.

Standard DNA test results are typically available within 2–5 business days after the laboratory receives the samples. Expedited options may also be available.
